VR visualization

A completed simulation model (Tecnomatix Plant Simulation, Visual Components) is exported to VR — a shop floor, a cell, or a single robot can be presented to the client and evaluated for ergonomics before any equipment is installed.

Live demonstration

I demonstrate how a cell, a line, or an entire plant operates in VR — for clients, investment committees, and future operators.

Ergonomics audit

I assess reachability, viewing angles, and safety zones for a given operator height and posture — from within a cell that has not yet been built, rather than from drawings alone or after equipment is already installed.

Real-time interaction

I can pause the line at any point in the cycle, walk around a robot, or view the scene from an operator or inspector perspective — directly inside the model, without a separate physical mock-up.

    Chief Production Simulation Specialist — PIK Group

    Production simulation models in Tecnomatix Plant Simulation for facilities under design: process lines, in-plant and inter-shop logistics, buffers, load scenarios, and bottlenecks. Comparison of layout, routing, and operating options; estimates of throughput and equipment utilization. Visualization and quantitative results for design decisions, approvals, and justification of equipment composition and logistics parameters. Led the 3D-printing laboratory (prototyping and mock-ups).

  2. June 2017 — November 2023

    Engineer / Lecturer / Assistant — MAI

    CAD, technical documentation, simulation models, workstation simulations, teaching, including work in the 3D-printing laboratory (prototyping and mock-ups); robotization of helicopter fuel tanks (−N% labor content).

    Full-cycle plant simulation model in Tecnomatix Plant Simulation: analysis of technology and drawings, mapping of the value stream with subassembly feed onto the conveyor, optimization of pallet movement and process-cart routing.
